Welcome to Modica.
Here is the clearest picture of your stack today.

Nutrient ledger
Calculated from the serving sizes in your active stack.

RDA/AI values describe total intake, while this ledger contains supplements only. Upper-limit scope varies by nutrient and is explained in Details. Food, labs, conditions, and clinician-directed dosing are not included.

Journal
Record why you started something, what you expected, and what you actually noticed.
Your notes stay in your private account. They are stored by Modica and are never included in AI requests.
Share the essentials.
Generate a clear regimen summary without sharing your data with Modica.
Doctor-ready summary
Includes active products, serving instructions, ingredient totals, medication screening notes, and your own notes.
The print dialog can save this page as a PDF. Nothing is uploaded.
Preferences
These settings change scheduling and reference context across the app.
Daily schedule style
Choose how structured Today’s dose list should be, then run the optimizer to set each product’s preferred time with reasons (food, sleep, separations).
Confirming the report updates each product’s preferred-time dropdown. Educational patterns only — not medical advice.
Profile & appearance
Chooses the adult sex-based DRI column and overall visual theme.
Dietary baseline context
Enter estimated daily nutrient amounts from food (e.g. 800 mg Calcium). Combined intake (diet + supplements) is evaluated against RDA and UL values.
Your account
Your private stack is separated from other accounts.
Privacy & data
Your data is saved under your account. A browser cache keeps the current view responsive.
Ingredient matching review
AI connection
Modica works without AI. Managed AI uses the server's private OpenRouter connection; browsers never receive its key. Local installations may also offer subscription-based testing providers.
Medication names and journal text remain excluded. Imported details are drafts and never change the ledger until you review and save them.
Lab import
PDF and manual lab entry will require separate, explicit consent. It is intentionally not active in this build.
